Title: flexed knee gait?

im just intrested an hoping that someone can explain to me what a flexed knee gait is..

I'm not too sure myself, but I think it may be that you keep your knees bend a bit as you walk.  I tend to do this on occasions.

I would agree that this is what it sounds like... that your knees are flexed instead of going to full extension, I do this with one knee... the left... it's not good for the rest of your body.

I do that.  It's horrible for the rest of your body and your knee.
