Title: Help - New PAIN excruciating pain
Post by: bmk007 on May 29, 2007, 07:40:15 PM
I am 4 years post-op from L-ACL recon and meniscus repair.  Three weeks ago, I had arthroscopic surgery on that same knee to remove some of the meniscus cartilidge that had re-torn.

I had been recovering fine the past couple weeks, but something happened while sitting at my desk today...

I got up from my desk and felt a horrile tingling in the back of my knee and for hours I have been unable to get up without EXTREME pain.  Once I am up, I am able to limp around.  I tried to get into my car at lunch, and it took forever to get my leg up into my SUV.  It tingled so bad and felt dead.

The front of my knee feels's almost like a nerve or tendon issue in the back of my leg.

Can anyone help with this?  Does this sound knee related or ACL related?

Thanks in advance for your time.
