Hi

Could still be pain from your meniscectomy, not sure, but also sounds like it could be a bit of arthritis whichi s usually worse in the cold and damp, maybe best get it checked out if it doesnt improve over the next couple of weeks.  good luck

Natalie.

I have had multiple meniscus surgeries and I know the feeling. Sounds like arthritis to me. When you have part  or all of your meniscus removed your joint space narrows and so you have bone on bone contact in your knee which causes pain.
Anti inflamatories can help or maybe an unloader brace to help redistribute the load equally through your knee. I wear a unloader brace all the time and it has helped me so much.
Good Luck.
