Dr.Satish also holds an NHS Consultant appointment at the Great Western Hospital in Swindon. His elective practice is 95% knee surgery and comprises the following - arthroscopic surgery, sports injuries, cruciate ligament reconstruction, meniscal repair, primary and revision total knee replacement, unicompartmental and patello-femoral joint replacement, osteotomies around the knee, articular cartilage resurfacing techniques and patellar stabilisation procedures. In addition, he carries out minimally invasive/quadriceps sparing total knee replacements and is involved in a trial evaluating autologous chondrocyte transplantation. He also carries out hip replacement surgery.
