Dr Mark Heard is an orthopaedic surgeon specialising in sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery of the knee . He practices in Canada from Canmore General Hospital and Mineral Springs Hospital in Banff, both hospital in the Calgary Health Region. Dr Heard is currently undertaking trials with the Alberta Hip and Knee Replacement Project, a model of care that aims to reduce waiting times for patients.
