The tibial inlay technique is a procedure for fixation of a PCL graft onto the tibia.

Technique of tibial inlay

Using a press-fit technique, a bone wedge is removed at the back of the knee through which a cancellous screw is passed with its shaft acting to anchor the graft via a sling. The bone is press-fitted back into the space, and the screw secured to hold the graft firmly.
