KNEE ARTHRITIS - Unicompartmental knee replacement :

Hi had op in January this year, have Psoraitic Arthritis and I am in more pain now than I was before, OS said today that other knee will soon need treatment but he feels we have to solve this problem before going on, If anyone can suggest reasons for acute pain and remedies I would be glad to hear from you. I cannot walk very far and I am in a wheel chair most of the time, I had hoped that I could maybe spend more time out of it.
