Hi, My doc. what to do both my knees at the same time can any one tell what they think about it ? i'm haveing a hard time dealing with one.  I'm 54 just my husband and two cats one small dog.  I also had  sugery on both my shoulder threes years ago so i'm a little limited to what i can do.
