Well it looks like I have. I went to A+E last night and the pain is located over my MCL and cartiledge. Has anybody ever reinjured their MCL? The last time I injured it was jan this year and it felt as good as it could be.
If someone has reinjured it what happens? I am trying to make an appt with someone on Mon to look at it and decide what next to do but if anyone can give me any ideas what to expect b4 I go then that would be great!
I am kinda gutted that this has happened again as things were just going right in all areas of my life.

Well I have reinjured it and I am back in my brace for 3 -4 weeks and am having PT. I am still pretty upset about this happening again, but I know it will all work itself out in the end! I am having PT to help things on their way and I am hoping that the pain and swelling will reduce soon.

Well here I am many weeks on and am getting there I think! I am having PT but am still in my brace and still getting pain and swelling! I always take a long time to heal it seems but I am starting to get annoyed this time coz I want to get back to normal again! (Well as normal as I can be! lol) My knee seems to be really swollen in the morning after I have been to sleep! Has anyone had any experience of this??

Well I have been back to my OS today for a follow on appointment and we have scheduled an MRI on thurs to see whats going on coz I am still getting pain!! Am hoping its just the ligament still, but we shall see! I get my results in a couple of weeks!! Just thought Id give u an update on me!!
