Hi

Who had surgery to fix patellar cartilage damage? What type of surgery did u have? how was rehab (length? pain? immobilization? PT?...)? What kind of activity can u do post-surgery? Do U have limitations?

Curious to know as I have ungoing pain (which is still bearable for now..) but kneecap is crunching real bad with every movement.
Note that my patella is still maltracking even after patellar realignments.

Just curious to know...
