hve prob back to 10 yrs ago where I bent my knee ,there was pop and clicking but no pain,ocasionally my knee did locked and swelled and it goes away within days ,nightmare started  2 months ago when my knee caused pain when i tried to squad or bend completely. MRI shown i had posterior lateral meniscus tear and the repair has been done 6 weeks ago but until now and recently the problem still exist, i am still having the same symptoms as b4 , whenevr I flex ( limited range > 110 < full range ) or straightening my leg, pop / clicking appear although it didnt hurt. I havent tried to flex my knee completely as my doc advised to give ample time for the meniscus to heal.  As usual most of the occasions, i have to adjust my knee (clicking/poping)position in order to get back a strong knee stability.I am walking now slowly (not perfect with the problem still ocucuring) but really frustrated with all these , my pt and doc said , it was due to my knee or perhaps kneecap maltracking and not the meniscus and suggested me to go for extensive muclses exercise.,So  i was wondering would it possible knee maltracking prob that had lead to my meniscus torn as for my case. Now i was worried that if this would happened, my meniscus might re-tear as a matter of time if the problem doesnt go away. Really needed ur guys advice and perhaps anyone who had the same sympthoms who can share with me and overcome it.....most appreciate any comments posted.....tq..
