My knees still hurt after 6 weeks of physio so I went back to the doctor. He said the bursitis and tendinitis are still there. So he gave me a vitamin B12 injection. Can anyone tell me what it does or if they have had positive results from this? Does this mean that eating more B12 (or taking supplements) could help my knees heal? (I didn't find any in depth info on the internet).Thanks.
