hi orca...pls don't feel alone...we're all in the same leaky boat...take a look at my stats below....i think i've had a good deal from the knee menu.....take a look in the spiritual section...i have been having a rough couple of weeks with no sleep and a lot of pain...needles to say with my first surgery at 19....i was "the first kid on my block" to wear a nice big ugly brace when playing ball...i know how yu feel when you say you're one in a million...i used to get that since i had and have such a nice grab bag of flaws in my knee and hip...in fact a couple of dr's used to call in colleagues..'you ever see such advanced arthritis and mal tracking on such a young active guy?'...i used to want to bite them on the ankle if i could've hobbled over...there's always hope and this site is a great place to share and obtain encouragment from folks who are going thru many of the same things you are.....take a look at the spritual section...lots of good stuff to re-charge and empathize with....let me know how you're doing.....we're all here and we do care....

i hope you are feeling a little better, but don't feel alone..you're not...on my sleepless nights i feel so much better knowing all of the knee geeks are here to help and to listen w/out judgment if you need to vent or have a lil pity party...or share your feelings and know everyone understands..unlike the non knee folks who can somtimes be quite insensitive..

be good to yourself and take care....

cheers,

ron
