Hi gang

I had my pre operative assessement at the hospital today before my Roux Goldwaith operation on sept 8th, I have been told that I am on the trauma list and will go into hospital on sept 7th and the op is on sept 8th and if it all goes well the earliest I will be out of hospital is sept 1oth I had some blood taken and all the usual stuff and had a nose swab never had one of them before   anyway I will be in plaster from my thigh to my ankle, so its countdown time for me from here on in

I'm glad you have a date set for your suegery and you are getting ready for it. The first step for getting on with your life is to get the surgery out of the way.

Thank you larry, no doubht I will start to get nervous but I just want it over and done with for not to be falling flat on my face anymore will be a bonus
