I,m due the first part of my surgery on tuesday,the question i would like to ask is about recovery time,the hospital seems to think around 3 months,these rooms say different.I,m having aci and an osteootomy together,has anyone else had both these done?
I,m having it done in shropshire,anybody had theirs done there
My main concern is being a single parent of three,how long would you suggest before i could start looking after them.
The other concern regarding the job issue is i work in a school for badly behaved boys,i get kicked and punched regular,how will my knee hold up after the surgery.
I,ve asked my dr about all this but would like a patient view on all these things.

Hi Martin,

I may also need an osteotomy with my ACI and my harvest surgery is in about a month.  I will also be interested in how the osteotomy affects recovery.
