I am just curious is anyone has had ACI or OATS on the tibial plateau.  I just had an osteochondral allograft for the trochlea (lateral extending towards the chondyle) and medial chondyle.  However, my lateral tibial plateau was not fixed.  Surgical access to the tibia is not good, but I know people have had this area fixed using some type of resurfacing procedure.  I would like to hear about anyone's experience.
