I'd love to hear from anyone who has had an HTO plus ACL recon.  How is the knee now tracking?  Are you able to go back to an active life (skiing, biking, etc.)?  I've been reading some success stories and feel quite encouraged by people who have been able to resume their previous activities with minimal or no pain.
