I am writing a letter to my OS to try to get a diagnosis of HMS or EDS III but am not sure what to write in it!  I will be faxing the letter probably on monday or tuesday so any help before then would be greatly appreciated.  I can email the letter to you as well if you wouldnt mind reading it over.  Thanks in advance

In what way do you need help??
With wording?
or with information/ data??
You may infact need need to get a referral to a geneticist to get a diagnosis of EDS or HMS.

Hi Shaz

Right now my problem is with wording and putting some information in but still keeping it a short letter so he will read all of it.  I am waiting to get in to see my GP to get a referall to a genetisist to clarify a diagnosis of EDS or HMS.  I just want a little letter stating that this is what is being thought I have so that I can take it to my school and get some assistance with note taking and time off if needed.  Thanks for the reply
