KNEE ARTHRITIS - Injections into the joint :

The second injection hurt a tad more then the first but i do feel a little more residual pain then i did with the first injection. What i wanted to ask is what do you do after the 3rd injection. How long do they wait until they have to operate?? I guess i am at a loss as to what these injections do for you. I feel no different then i did before and just wondering if that is normal. Thanks

Hi!

How are you feeling now after the second injection?  Is your knee really swollen.  The swelling is what bothers me most.

Yeah Julie the knee is swollen but surprisingly the pain has diminished somewhat and i am happy about that. How is your pain doing

I had my 3rd shot 3wks ago. My doc said if it works, I wouldn't start to see any improvement til 3-4 wks after the 3rd shot. So far I haven't noticed any change.
