My mother (79 yrs old) lives in Kenya and needs a TKR.  Does anyone have any information about having the operation done in South Africa and approximate recovery times?  I live in UK and think she should come back here and have it done in Europe but again I have no recommendations of clinics/hospitals, so any information would be a great help.
