NOTES - Your success stories :

One Year Anniversary - - Posted by SlowBurn (SlowBurn), 2 August 2004

Today has been 1 yr. since I broke my tibia plateau and I can't believe how time has flown Shocked Overall I can't complain. I can basically do all the things I did before just about. My ROM is almost back to what it used to be but most importantly there's no pain and I have full strength in my leg. The screws are staying in, no problems there. But the one thing I am so happy to still keep doing is riding horses. I'm back to 4 hr trail rides, jumping and Fox Hunting again. Thank God for my horse. I believe he has helped me recover quicker and rebuild my quad.
I have been able to go hiking again too.
I hope others are doing well and if not then I hope soon  Wink

Take care all!

Love,
Rachel
