Cruciate ligaments :

just back form arthroscopy - - Posted by thkaa (thkaa), 25 January 2005

I just came back form hospital yesterday. My ACL was checked to be healthy. Unluckily, the pain and swelling was not due to the meniscus tear but the inflammation of the cartilage on the medial side of my left knee. I am quite worried about this because as you know, soft bone can't be cured or resume to normal. Dr told me to take a medicine called viartril s which can stablise the inflammation of the cartilage. Does anyone know how did I have this and could I get better by taking this pill?
Thx a lot.

Wow, not the outcome you expected huh? Well I have never heard of that, or the medication. Hope someone else can help you out.  Undecided
