hi, i'm hoping someone will be able to help -
i have pfs.  my knees are very malaligned but last night when i was lying on the sofa i had cramp in my hip.  it travelled down my leg to my foot so i had to stand up to get rid of it.  as i stood i saw my knee turn in even more than usual and now it is stuck in this new position.  its not so much painful as uncomforatable to walk on.  i don't really know what has happened and wondered if any of you do?  or have experienced something similar.  i don't go back to see my OS till end of feb.  i'm not even sure if its the knee thats moved or my hip - its hard to tell

Maybe you should go see a PT since you don't see your surgeon until almost March.  It could be your hip... or your knee... I would go to a PT if I were you.
Hope you get this sorted out..it sounds... icky..
