Overuse problems of the knee :

i have a leg length discrepency and a history of quad tendonitis.   i heard that pelvic tilt may also be implicated in this problem.  i dont know much about pelvic tilt as it pertains to quad tendonitis.  anyone out there experienced with these issues?
