Hey Everyone!  

I have asked you guys a lot of questions already! But you guys help a lot, so I have another question!  

I was wondering when you usually get better after an LR? My OS never told me! Well I actually had a plica removal & LR, but shouldnt I at least be able to walk now, it was on Oct. 29? I am still on 1 crutch! I am really starting to wonder about this all, my PT said that the amount of pain & the giving away 3 times a day doesnt usually happen. So I dont know what to think! I know the OS IS an OS but the PT knows about that stuff to!  
 This all probably just takes patience....Well any advice would be great!

A lot depends on your quad strength.  For my LR's I was on crutches for about a week or  two, than down to one crutch after that. I had active PT for about two months than home PT. All in all it was about a 6 month period until I was what I would consider for me 100%.
