Thanks for bringing this website to attention.  I have had a tkr in 10/02 and have the clunk to prove it! My ortho. proclaims problems w/earlier knee injury to the supportive muscle/tissue near the knee cap.....so I just have resigned myself to this portion of a tkr.  After all, what do we patients have to compare to?
