Thanks Jwan and Linds,

I'll post my follow up probably under soft tissue since I'm pretty sure it's mostly about scar tissue.

I'm ready for a chance to hike again! I so miss it. And I wouldn't be on the way without the knee geeks. Thanks to all of you.
