Anyone know the general disadvantages of having OATS surgery

Personally speaking...my only disadvantage is that I can never run again.  
All the research that I did showed a pretty good success rate.  There wasnt much mention about disadvantages other than not healing properly.  I have found out that some people do continue to have soreness from the donor site for a long time afterwards.  The research doesnt really cover long term disadvantage as it is a fairly new procedure.  I guess we are the guinea pigs here.  Time will tell, right
