I live in Pittsburgh, and Pittsburgh is a city full of talented docs and surgeons, but I wanted to know if anybody knew of an OS in the city that they could recommend for an HTO.

I don't know if you have seen anyone yet, but I can refer you to Dr. Christopher Harner.  He is at the UPMC center for sports medicine.  I live in FL, and loved him.  I was going to have an osteotomy but am now waiting for a meniscus transplant.
