Collateral Ligaments and other non-cruciate tendons & ligaments around the knee :

I avulsed my ACL \four years ago. I had arthroscopic surgery two years ago.
Problem is that my knee is very unstable and constantly causing me discomfort.

What are my options? Is there anything that I can have done to get rid of the pain and discomfort, not to mention the limp.
