Bone breaks around the knee :
23 Months Post Break: Updates and Things to be Tha - - Posted by kgrosskurth (Kathy G), 21 August 2004
Here is an update on all the good things going on in my life right now (after experiencing some awful, terrible personal things, this has been an incredible time!)
First, my son was baptized Sunday!
Second, I was a featured guest on a Christian radio show for our nonprofit organization, Cobb Faith Partnership (www.cobbfaithpartnership.org)
Third, I worked one day this week (and told TPTB that I would NOT return as the job was not a good fit)
Fourth, I received a call about another 4-hr a week job that I may get which will start right away after the interview (I am the only one up for the job as it is thru a small staffing org.)
Fifth, I am FINALLY getting rid of my limp!!! It's not totally gone yet, but I am working at it with a "new" treadmill given to us by a guy my DH works with,
Sixth, my sister had her baby (a girl born Aug. 12th)
Seventh, the Lord is GOOD!! Yeah, Hallelujah!
Hope this note finds all of you in good spirits as well. Cheers!!
