Hardest cartilage - - Posted by receo (receo), 23 September 2003

I've heard that the hardest cartilage in the body is on the patella. Is this true?

wouldn't know for sure. The cartilage on the back of the patella is articular cartilage, and that's also found on the ends of the bones too. (tibia and femur in the knee)
