KNEE ARTHRITIS - Unicompartmental knee replacement :

Post-op bil.ox.knee. Had surgery Dec.2/02. Still  having stiffness on standing and stair climbing. ROM is 125 degrees hurts to get there. doing exercises 3xdaily and P.T. 3xweekly Can walk without aids but I'm very slow Snowing here in Can so I can't get out for walks. Told I can't drive for six weeks therefore I cannot get to Mall to walk .
