I found this link to a very long, very thorough document that lists the surgical options for PFS and various other knee conditions.  Reading on dislocation, I found a list of the % of satisfactory outcomes for particular procedures (TTT) and what % of people dislocated again without surgery, etc.

I don't have enough room to go into the entire contents, so if you have some time take a look at this document.

For those PFS patients in Australia, I would certainly consider contacting the authors of this study to see if they are practicing....
