Hey this is a update on me for all who care i stated pt the other day my ROM is 45 and no pain what so ever wiht my exersises. thsi is goign better than i thoguth after my VMO adavemtn and LR.  I will hope will be off the cruches on tuesday hopefully. to all whom reson thanks.
