KNEE ARTHRITIS - Injections into the joint :

Doctor has scheduled me for September 5, 12 and 19.  Hope it works some for me.  I am a senior who has severe osteoarthritis in my left knee.  I have stayed on my feet but recently more pain and stiffness.  Any advice from anyone on the board as to preparing or what to expect would be great.  zelda

Hi Zelda

Welcome to the board!  I am assuming that you are having synvisc?  I am scheduled for them in january (earliest my OS could get me in).  I dont have any information for you really but make sure you follow the doctors orders to a T!!  You dont want a problem arising from them.  I will be definatly keep checking this post to gain any knowledge that you will be getting
