Hi all ,

My patellar tendon flares up after excercise . I had an ACL recontsruction(patellar graft ) about 7 months ago. I dont think the hard summer ground is helping matters much . Anyway I've been doing some research. Has anyone ever used an Infrapatellar strap around the knee to combat this problem. If so was it any benefit .

I generally do not recommend them for ACL related patellar tendonitis.  It causes a mechanical change which could affect the tendon later on.
