Have you ever heard people with arthritis predict the weather by aching body parts?  Congratulations, you now have that ability.

Once you injure a joint, you start to notice changes in barometric pressure in the injured joint.  Over time this will be less obvious.  When I had my 1st knee surgery at 17, I felt like I could tell you 2 days in advance if it was going to rain.  By the time I graduated college I would notice my knee was aching, and if it rained more than 2 days I finally made the connection.

The only remedy I know is a few advil, and better weather.

I find that applying a heat pad to my knee works wonders for me, almost gets rid of the pain completely - only problem is it comes back as soon as I take the heat pad off  Angry

I have had multiple meniscus surgeries and I know the feeling. Sounds like arthritis to me. When you have part  or all of your meniscus removed your joint space narrows and so you have bone on bone contact in your knee which causes pain.
Anti inflamatories can help or maybe an unloader brace to help redistribute the load equally through your knee. I wear a unloader brace all the time and it has helped me so much.
Good Luck.
