Wondering... what helps pain for Osteoarthritis.... Ice or Heat?

Hi, I have read that hot baths, hot tubs and hot water bottles are good to relieve the pain and relax the muscles and use ice or cold packs for swelling.

Hope this helps you, good luck.

Keston,

I've certainly found that a nice hot bath followed by an hour with a heat pad on my knee helps incredibly, using ice just increases my pain.

Natalie.
