Hello All,

I'm new to this site.  I originally posted in another section but it seems that this section may be more approbriate.

I am dealing with quadricep tendinitis - It's my third time having it.  The past two times I had cortisone shots.  They helped some but the second one didn't work as effectively - I am resistent to getting another shot.  After reviewing this sight I see that not many people talk about alternative therapies for treating their conditions - I am thinking about trying acupunture - has anyone tried this for chronic inflammation ?
