Procedures for reconstruction of the PCL are technically more demanding than for the ACL. On the other hand, the PCL is a less critical structure than the ACL.

I have recieved some reseach from Cincinnatti Sports Clinic regarding PCL reconstruction and was really impressed with Dr. Noyes's technique.  Here is the website with really good info on technique and stuff on PCL injury.
