Dr A K Venkatachalam is a consultant orthopaedic surgeon at the Shoulder and Knee Clinic in Chennai, India. He is also affiliated with Chettinad hospital and research centre in Padur.
Prior to this he had been practising as a consultant orthopaedic surgeon in Dubai and in Oman.
Dr Venkatachalam's practice involves both the knee and other joints (hip, shoulder, ankle, spine). He performs both arthroscopic surgery and joint replacements.
