Go to the bulletin board home page (http://www.kneeguru.co.uk/KNEEtalk/).

In the top left-hand corner you will see a message 'Welcome, Guest. Please login or register.

Click on the word 'register'. Follow the instructions, during which you will be asked to choose a 'username' unique to the bulletin board.

When you have finished registering, we send your password via email. For this reason it is important to use a proper email address. As soon as you have received your password, you should be able to 'login' and start to join in with the bulletin board discussions.
