meniscus tear?

hello, i am 21 years old. i have been suffering from severe pain in my left knee about a month, after a rotational injury. my doctor send me to do mri test. until i get answers from the doctor, i would like to know if thers a meniscus tear in the attachet mri images?

Hopefully given your young age, if you need surgery, it can be stitched rather than trimmed. You’ll need to be very patient after the surgery and follow nwb instructions and cautious rehab. Be careful in the meantime so as to not make it worse
