Adhdsive capsulities in the KNEE
« on: November 08, 2017, 12:17:37 AM »
Hello!

I have had problems with my knee for 11 months. I got a kick on the outside of my knee and have had a lot of pain since. Could not extend the knee or bend it. MRI shows that the knee is completely healty. This is what the surgeon thinks too
.
Due to severe pain and because I was unable to extend my foot, I got surgery. The operation I received 9 months after the injury. In anesthesia they extended the for out all the way. They could hear the scar tissue loosened.

It has been 1.5 months since the operation. The knee is much better now, but still has some problems. The knee stiffens quickly and causes pain.

The surgeon and physiotherapist believe I have adhesive capsulities in my knee. They think this is a rare condition, which usually occurs in the shoulder.

I wonder if anyone else has experience about this condition? I thank you for your help!
