9 months after athroscopy

Hi it's been tommorow makes 9 months after my surgery where a tiny peice of my meniscus was removed to this day it still grinds and cracks and my strength on that leg is roughly 60 percent can anyone help?

It might be an idea to get checked if there's pain with the noises, an MRI would show a further tear or arthritis which can often follow menisectomy. See a sports Physio about a programme to improve function and strength

2nd scope on 16/12/10
LK New MRI shows lat & medial meniscus tear & other stuff
RK MRI lat meniscus tear
8/1/15 RK Steroid jab,
RK arthroscopy on 5/2/15
Lateral meniscus trim, excision of hoffa's fat pad, chondral stabilisation
