Still active and still a cursing, but I found Tichi is helping me out as I stratch out my knee in side to side movements vers up down stright forwrad movements, the trick with tichi is not to go fast, your using your body wheight as movement on your joints, my next move is cortazol shots to numb down the pain....
THe key here is you still have to stay active, as when I m down, thats when I hurt the most.
