As expected, it wasn't a brilliant idea to perform simultaneous bil microfractures.  Problems persist although the side than bled badly post-op is the by far better side. The other side is dreadful and worsening.  Os now feels the oa is also masking any possible recovery and asked his Reg to perform immediate bil steroid injections (boy, have I got the usual headache and cold symptoms today).  Another check in three months and if no improvement total knee replacements will be advised.  Just wish they'd get on and do this -17 ops far too many.....
