stitches removed today everything looking good no sign of infection redressed with the biggest dressing i have ever seen stopped me doing my excercises properley went to physio dressing fell off and physio told me to go back to a and e and get it redressed physio was a waste of time left me laid on the bed while he went round everybody else that could do excersises really pissed off starting to get me down now. Dont know what i should and should not be doing.
