4 months post op!

seems like it flew by. so sad that they both still pop out.

i go to the doctor in a few days.

i'm basically done with therapy for my right leg. i have around 190 for flexion.

my knee cap still pops out and now the back of my knee hurts.

i'm not satisfied with the surgery at all.
it's almost been 5 months.

I'll be 5 months post op on the 28th! I can't believe it's been so long.

today at therapy my PT took some cream and a butter knife thing (without the ridges) and scraped and pressed on both of my knees to try to break up scar tissue and some stitches.

I still can't bend all the way to my butt, but i'm not going to therapy for that knee anymore.

I asked my dad to call the doctor to see about the bledsoe 20.50 brace

Had my appointment today, i'm almost 6 months post op

I got this knee brace:
Donjoy Tru-Pull Advanced System

I'm done with therapy for now, we're gonna see how I go without it.

He said he wanted to see me back in 3 months, but the lady gave me an appointment in 3 weeks lol

The PA wants me to call them and tell them how this knee brace is going. They want to start using this one because the Donjoy Reaction one isn't good. So i'm sort of a guinea pig. He said there's a good chance at the brace working for me because my knee caps are tilted.
